Polyether GPE antifoaming agent
【Chemical composition】Polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene copolymer
【Type】Nonionic
【Product introduction】: GPE defoamer uses glycerol, propylene oxide and ethylene oxide as the main raw materials, and is produced by high-pressure polymerization in the presence of a catalyst. It has good ability to eliminate foam and inhibit foam, and has good thermal and chemical stability. The defoamer is suitable for defoaming in the fermentation process of various antibiotics such as vitamin B, C and chlortetracycline. In the whole defoaming process, the dosage is small, the defoaming effect is obvious, and there is no adverse effect on the fermentation process.
【Physical and chemical indicators】
Appearance: Colorless or slightly yellowish transparent oily liquid
Hydroxyl value: mgKOH/g 51-61
Acid value: mgKOH/g ≤1.0
PH value: 5-7
【Performance and Application】
1. It is a polymer surfactant with unique properties, generally non-hygroscopic, low toxicity and foaming power, good dispersing power, strong emulsifying power, and good low temperature fluidity.
2. It is used in low-foaming detergent, emulsifier, defoaming agent and fabric leveling agent, antistatic agent, metal cutting coolant, high-speed spinning oil lubricant and adhesive.
3. It is used as a smoothing agent in chemical fiber oil.
4. It can be widely used in defoaming in fermentation industry.
【Instructions】
The defoamer is added in a small amount and several times.
This product can be heated and sterilized into the tank with the original solution and the fermented base material, or it can be prepared into a water emulsion after direct steam sterilization and "flow-added" into the tank for defoaming.
The antifoaming agent emulsion preparation tank should be equipped with a mechanical stirring device, so that the antifoaming agent can be fully dispersed and evenly distributed to achieve the ideal defoaming effect.
