Description

Penetrants JFC-1

[chemical composition] alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether

TypeNon-ionic

HLB value11.5~12.5 (theoretical value)

Technical indicators

Appearance: light yellow to colorless viscous liquid (visual inspection at 25°C)

pH value: 5.0~7.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Cloud point: 40~50 (1% aqueous solution)

Penetration: 60 seconds (0.1% aqueous solution), 100% of standard product (JFC)

Performance and Features

1. It is easily soluble in water, has excellent permeability, and does not affect the permeability above the cloud point.

2. As a penetrant in the textile industry, it can be used for sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, carbonization and other processes. Can be used as a penetration aid in dyeing and finishing baths.

3. It can be used as a penetrant in the leather industry, and can also be used as a degreasing agent.

4. It has strong scouring ability, easy to wash off all kinds of oil stains and soft to the touch.

Application

1. Penetration: In textile, printing and dyeing, finishing and other processes, this additive can be used for those who cannot use anionic penetrant, and the dosage is generally 1~5g/L.

2. Desizing: When biological enzyme desizing (starch pulp), the use of JFC can accelerate the desizing, and the general dosage is about 0.1% of the liquid weight.

3. Chemical fiber scouring: When scouring acetate fiber and other synthetic fiber products, adding JFC2~5g/L and sodium chloride 5g/L to the scouring solution can improve the scouring effect.

4. Wool washing: The penetrant JFC has the ability to wash wool, it will not stay on the wool after use, there is no yellowing and other defects, and the fiber feels softer. The penetrant can be used in neutral, alkaline or acidic environments. It can be used together with soap in hard water, or it can be used alone. The temperature is 40~50.

5. Wool carbonization: penetrant JFC 0.5~1g/L can be added to wool carbonization, which can shorten the carbonization time, reduce the acid content and improve the carbonization effect.
