[Performance and Application]
This product is yellow liquid, easy to use. It is generally used to emulsify low-viscosity dimethyl silicone oil. The emulsion is stable. Emulsified silicone oil can be used as a release agent for metal casting without defoaming.
How to use (for reference)
According to the required solid content, add the metered emulsifier and dimethyl silicone oil to the emulsification kettle in turn. The amount of the emulsifier is 40%-50% of the silicone oil. Stir at a low speed (60 rpm) until it is translucent, and the stirring time About 1 hour; Initially add 36% water, increase the stirring speed (1500 rpm), and stir for 2 hours; slowly add the remaining deionized water to the stirring pot, then add preservatives, continue stirring for half an hour, and discharge.

Packed in 50Kg plastic drum.
Store and transport as general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is two years.
