Performance and application:
1. Compatible with non-ionic, cationic and anionic surfactants, it has excellent performance of removing indigo dye back stains, making the pockets cleaner and whiter, and the contrast between blue and white is more clear. In the desizing and grinding process, it can play a strong suspending and washing function.
2. It has good dispersibility and can be used as leveling agent, retarding agent, glass fiber emulsifier, industrial cleaning agent in printing and dyeing industry.
It can also be used for anti-bleeding of color-blocked fabrics (dyed fabrics, printed fabrics, color-blocked garments).
3. In the process of fabric desizing, when removing starch slurry and chemical slurry, use 0.5%-2.0% of the weight of the fabric to replace the ordinary detergent.
4. In the process of fabric grinding and washing, it can be used in the grinding and washing process of cellulase to improve the blue-white contrast and the overall appearance of the garment. The recommended dosage is 0.5%-2.0% of the weight of the garment.
5. The content of AT-807 is 70% of AT-80, which is easier to release and more convenient to use.
6. This product can replace the German BASF Lutensol AT-80.
