【Performance and Features】
FAG470 is a high-efficiency and stable silicone defoaming emulsion produced by importing a full set of production equipment, raw materials and formulas from United Carbon Corporation (UCC). Defoaming and foam suppression in the production process of pesticides, wastewater treatment, and chemical industry. In terms of knitting printing and dyeing, the defoaming performance is the same as that of DC544 in the United States, and the price is only 1/5 to 1/6 of that of DC544, with significant economic benefits.
1. Defoaming: After the foam is formed, add FAG470 and stir to remove the foam immediately.
2. Foam suppression: before the foam is formed, add FAG470 to suppress the foam.
3. Dosage: 5～100ppm.
4. Usage: FAG470 can be added directly according to the dosage, or it can be diluted with water before use, and then add water.
5. Operating temperature: ≤100℃
【Packaging and Storage】
20Kg, 50Kg plastic drum packaging. Store and transport as general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is six months.
