Performance and Application

This product is soluble in water and various organic solvents. With active groups, it can react with  double bonds, and can be used in the grafting reaction of modified silicone oil, and the polymer material is used as a dispersant.

This product is an important raw material for a new generation of polycarboxylate superplasticizers. In the esterification reaction and the synthesis of water-based polyurethane, as a terminal hydrophilic group, a copolymer is formed, which improves the hydrophilicity and improves the dispersibility of the polymer in water. The high-efficiency polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesized from this raw material has high particle dispersibility and retention ability, high water reduction rate, low cement usage, good reinforcement effect, durability, non-corrosion of steel bars, and environmental friendliness, etc. advantage. It can be used in high-performance, high-strength (above C60) commercial concrete for on-site mixing and long-distance transportation.

Packaging and Storage

Solid 200kg, 50kg plastic barrels; sheet 20kg woven bags.

This series of products are non-toxic and non-flammable, and are stored and transported as general chemicals. Stored in a dry and ventilated place, the shelf life is one year.
