This product is insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvents. It is used as an antistatic agent in plastics and as an additive in the textile industry.

AC-1810

This product is soluble in water and soluble in organic solvents. Used as leveling agent for reducing acid dyes; used as corrosion inhibitor for petroleum cracking device; used as lubricant, emulsifier and dispersant in pesticide, textile, paper and leather industries.

1. This product is soluble in water, non-ionic in alkaline or neutral medium, and cationic in acidic medium, with excellent leveling and diffusing properties.

2. Mainly used as a leveling agent for acid metal complex dyes, which can reduce the amount of sulfuric acid in the dye bath and reduce the strength of fabric damage. It can also be used as a leveling agent for neutral dyes and vat dyes. It can effectively control the instantaneous dyeing rate and dye migration, and facilitate rapid dyeing at high temperature.

3. It is used as a leveling agent in wool, hemp, silk and synthetic fibers, and it is an ideal stripping agent to increase the concentration. As a stripping agent for wool and nylon fabrics, it is used for stripping and leveling dyeing of wool, which can improve the appearance of fabrics, and can improve the abrasion fastness of fabrics in the dyeing and printing of ice dyes.

As an additive in the production of viscose fiber cord, it can improve the strength of the cord, improve the viscose filterability and processing technology, improve the monofilament strength of the cord, and reduce the replacement rate of the spinning nozzle by about 20-40% compared with the original.

5. Used as emulsifier, antistatic agent and dispersant in textiles.
