Detergent demulsifier can clarify and purify the pre-treatment of domestic sewage and industrial washing wastewater, reduce the difficulty of treatment in the middle and later stages, and also form a good foundation.

 

Before the treatment of detergent wastewater, it can be known that its main pollutants are surfactants, fatty acids, phosphates, etc. It is a kind of wastewater with poor biochemical properties, strong foaming, high COD and difficult to degrade. It can be treated by biochemical process. The detergent demulsifier is added to the front sedimentation tank to further remove impurities that cannot be removed by the grid tank and improve the water purification effect.

 

Adding spot cleaning detergent demulsifier and PAM flocculant before and after can make wastewater clear quickly. In a small test with 100ml of raw water, the reaction can be started within 1 second after adding Pam and stirring, and the precipitation is completed in about 10 seconds. The premise of having the best flocculation effect and precipitation speed requires a stereotyped and quantitative process, so the small test is very important, so that more accurate dosage data can be obtained, and it is also relatively accurate and close to the actual operation data. In the process of treating washing wastewater, PAC may not be used. Demulsifier can be used alone, but it is generally recommended to use demulsifier + PAM solution to achieve rapid precipitation after demulsification.
